Relax Massage
The Relax Massage is ideal for reducing the negative effects of accumulated stress. Depending on the specific condition of the recipient, the operator will take care to alternate a delicate and soft touch with a deeper and more incisive gesture in order to offer an experience of deep relaxation.
At the end of the treatment you will feel lightened, regenerated, free.

Decontracting Massage
The Decontracting Massage is specific for the loosening of muscle contractures. Through calibrated energetic gestures, such as pressure and rubbing, the operator acts on painful areas in order to release tension and release accumulated stress
The effect is a final sensation of deep relaxation and pleasant personal balance.

Shiatsu
“Shiatsu” is a Japanese word, made up of SHI – finger, thumb – and ATSU – pressure – which is literally translated finger pressure or thumb pressure.
Shiatsu is a holistic discipline that acts on vital energy to stimulate it and make it flow freely, dissolving all forms of splitting, conflict, tension to bring us back to a state of natural balance and transform our internal noise into inner harmony.

Postural Treatment
Many of our daily problems (stiff neck, back pain, heavy arms, sore knees, etc.) are caused by poor postural habits.
